Angel is the Founder and CEO of Retail Therapy, LLC, an innovative eCommerce brand redefining online retail with a focus on curated, customer-centric shopping experiences. She has over 21 years of leadership experience in the military and has been a single-mother the majority of her career. She has a strong background in technology, financial services, manufacturing & supply chain, retail, strategic planning & execution, business transformation & scaling, mergers & acquisitions, innovation & product development, digital transformation, operational excellence, fundraising & investor relations, global market expansion, organizational leadership & team building, brand development, and regulatory & compliance leadership, Angel has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic vision, innovation, and global growth. With a deep passion for digital commerce and modern consumer trends, Angel launched Retail Therapy to deliver stylish, accessible products that resonate with today’s fast-moving, design-savvy audience.

Under her leadership, Retail Therapy has grown from a boutique concept into a thriving online destination known for its bold identity, loyal customer base, and commitment to quality. Prior to establishing Retail Therapy, LLC, she held multiple executive roles within the United States Army, where she led multiple initiatives that resulted in operational excellence and various military accommodations for her military organization and herself. Angel is known for transformational leadership, a passion for operational excellence, respect, integrity, resilience, communication, and vision.  

Under her guidance, Retail Therapy has expanded its market presence, enhanced its product offerings, and built a culture centered on integrity, innovation, and impact. A dynamic leader and visionary, Angel is dedicated to building a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and innovation. She continues to lead the company’s expansion, leveraging digital platforms, influencing partnerships, and trend forecasting to stay ahead in the competitive retail space.

She has completed a Master in Business Administration, Bachelor in Arts; Criminal Justice with a concentration in Home Land Security, and an Associate’s degree in Intelligence Studies with an emphasis in Counterintelligence.

Angel has two handsome children; Jeremiah and Mark who inspire her to be the best human possible. During her free time, she enjoys fishing with her sons, cooking, baking, gardening, and weightlifting.
